SDR Forum Announces New Incentives for SDR'09 Exhibitors

The SDR Forum understands that times are tough for many of our members and partners. To help, we have identified a number of new incentives to help those planning to exhibit at SDR'09:

  • Defer payment until 2010: Organizations signing up to exhibit at SDR'09 may elect to defer payment until 2010. Organizations choosing to make this election will be invoiced in December 2009, following the event, with payment expected by 30 March 2010. Note: organizations choosing to take this option, but then later choosing not to exhibit will be fully liable for the exhibit space held for them unless an alternate exhibitor can be found.
  • Take a booth at SDR'09 and get an additional 10% off the early exhibitor sign-up for SDR'10: This incentive is being offered in combination with the deferred payment option to help in budgeting for the 2010 conference. This incentive will be made available to existing exhibitors as well.
  • Exhibit at SDR'09 and receive a complementary booth at the 2nd Annual European Reconfigurable Radio Technologies Workshop: This event will be held in June of 2010 in Mainz, Germany. Again, our objective here is to help organizations who wish to exhibit at both events to do so within their 2010 budget guidelines. Organizations taking advantage of this option will be required to sign an exhibitor agreement, and cancellation penalties will apply.
  • Free Exhibit Hall Only Admission: We are waving the facility fees for SDR'09 exhibit hall only passes, so invite your customers to visit your booth at SDR'09 for no charge. Registration is required, and participation in other SDR'09 events requires standard registration payment.
  • 20% off Non-member Full Conference Registration for Exhibitor Guests: Exhibitors will be given a registration code that they can use to invite their customers to attend SDR'09 at a discounted rate.

Our goal in providing these incentives is to help you through the current economic downturn to reach your customers through outstanding exhibition opportunities.

SDR'08 Attendees

Exhibitors at SDR 09 will be provided a discount code which they can use to invite their customers to attend SDR 09 and receive a registration discount of 20% off the regular non-member rate. Early bird discounts will still apply.

The ability for exhibitors to reach SDR Forum members, visitors and conference attendees is further enhanced through inclusion on the SDR ‘09 web site.  Upon receipt of registration a direct link will be established through the conference site to promote SDR '09 exhibitors.  This link will remain active for at least two months following the event.

Attendees will also receive information on all participating exhibitors through the conference program which will be handed out to all those attending the event.   This information will facilitate visits to the exhibits by highlighting participating organizations and will also be a useful take away resource for delegates following the conference.

Exhibit space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Organizations wishing to exhibit should fill out this Exhibitor Contact form and email it to Al Margulies.

Exhibitors are encouraged to register early to ensure that they get the booth location of their choice.  Early registrants will also benefit from increased reach through the web site by those interested in getting further information on the conference, including the exhibitors.
