SDR Forum Announces Award Winners and Board of Director Election Winners

The SDR Forum, a non-profit international industry association dedicated to promoting the success of next generation radio technology, has announced today that three new members will be joining its Board of Directors following the annual election by the members. Management and oversight of the SDR Forum as a whole, including the SDR Forum’s corporate affairs, is performed by the SDR Forum Board of Directors, who are elected on an annual basis, as defined in the SDR Forum Bylaws. New board members for 2008/2009 include Pekka Heikkinen, elected the Medium Company representative, David Renaudeau, elected the ITU Region 1 Europe representative, and Richard Taylor, elected the Large Company representative.
